Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items in new and unused condition, unless otherwise stated below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

  • Some items, such as personal care products or opened electronic devices, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please refer to the product page for specific exclusions.

How to initiate a return:

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during return shipping.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note:

  • Refunds will not include the cost of original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

  • If you used a coupon or promotional code, the refund will reflect the discounted amount.

  • In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, especially for opened or used products.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  2. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that period, orders are processed and shipped, and the regular return policy will apply.
